SIGNS OF FOUNDATION PROBLEMS
You do not need to be a professional foundation engineer to spot problems. Look for cracks in the exterior brick work; cracks in the base foundation; windows that do not close properly; and interior wall cracks. These are all signs that it is time to call a foundation professional to conduct an inspection.
