OUR FOUNDATION REVIEW PROCESS

Step 1 - Inspection

Plano Engineering Corporation (PEC) conducts a physical inspection of the property’s exterior and interior noting any observable issues with the foundation. If the client participates in the inspection, problems or concerns are noted and discussed at that time. The client, however, does

not need to be present.

Step 2 - Draft Report

Following the physical inspection, PEC prepares a sketch and a narrative that includes recommendations for improvements or repairs if any  are warranted.

Step 3 - Recommendations

As a final step, PEC provides the report and a sketch for the client’s use in the decision-making process. PEC remains available for consultation or follow-up inspections and certifications if necessary.

Step 4 - Referral

While PEC is not affiliated with any foundation repair company, if requested by the client, PEC can assist in securing the services of a foundation repair company and/or can inspect work being done by the repair company.
