CERTIFICATION OF THE INSPECTION OR REPAIR
The local statute requires disclosure of any foundation or structural issues experienced during ownership. These are considered “material defects.” Every completed inspection includes a PEC engineer’s report and plans for repair(s) if any, as well as a PEC engineers’ compliance letter stating that any repair has been performed is in compliance with the engineer’s plan.
