ABOUT ED WATKINS

Ed Watkins, President, Plano Engineering Corporation, is graduate of Michigan Technology University and a licensed professional engineer with the State of Texas. Mr. Watkins is also a retired United States Air Force Major having served his country honorably for over 25 years as the commander of a C130 cargo jet. In civilian life Mr. Watkins worked as a civil engineer for the Selfridge ANG Base supervising the ongoing maintenance and readiness of runways for a wing of fighter and cargo jets.

Mr. Watkins worked for a number of years as a civil and structural engineer for the MCI Corporation and Burgess Engineering. He supervised and was general manager for the construction of microwave towers for MCI and performed residential foundation inspections in the Dallas Metro Plex area for Burgess.

As an American Airlines captain, Mr. Watkins knows the value and importance of being well trained and professionally prepared at all times to evaluate problematic situations. He is well qualified to render professional opinions and recommendations. Because he has no vested interest in the foundation inspection, you can trust his opinion and report to be completely neutral and unbiased and professionally sound.
